Badge Magic for your Custom Designs

Thank you for your interest in making a custom Badge Magic adhesive kit for your organization! An adhesive kit can be made for a single patch, multiples of one patch, or a selection of different patches.

The cost of making custom kits is largely dependent on the size of the adhesive sheet required, an efficient layout of the patch cutouts, and the quantity made for each order. There are significant fixed start-up costs that include making a reusable cutting die for each kit as well as set-up costs for each manufacturing run. It usually takes an order of 2000 or more kits to justify the fixed costs. Costs drop rapidly with increasing volume so runs of 5000 or more sheets become very cost effective. Custom kits are manufactured to order and most organizations find that ordering once a year works best.

There will be a lead time of 60-90 days for the first order, including the design and die making time, and 30-60 days for subsequent orders, as we need to run these custom jobs together with our regular production runs to minimize your job’s costs.

If a custom kit fits your needs, please send your request to and if possible, include the exact dimensions of the patches. The easiest way to provide the dimensions is to put the patches face down on a flatbed scanner and scan them in color at 300 dpi and attach the scan to your e-mail request.

We look forward to designing a kit that will meet your organization’s needs.
